Will my shipment be packaged discreetly?

Absolutely! All the items will be sent using discreet packaging! there are no markings on the back or side of your shipment. The only markings are your address label on the front, which appears as below, and a courier sticker depending on the service used.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated Delivery Time is 10-20 business days.
Note: The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 1 to 3 days.
We know it takes some patience, but it is worth it (orders outside the US may take up to 30 days) If your order hasn't arrived within 35 days of the date of original purchase please contact us through the contact page

Why I received only some of the items in my order and not all of them?

Our store is pleased to partner with suppliers and manufacturers all over the world in order to bring the best products with high quality at a lower price for our customers. some of our items will be shipped from manufacturers in places out of the U.S. while others will be shipped directly from the U.S.

For this reason, sometimes the products in your order are being shipped separately from different locations.

Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!
 

Do you deliver products internationally?

Our store successfully ships many products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the globe!

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or chose a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
