Will my order be packaged discreetly?
Yes. Your order is shipped in plain packaging. There are no markings on the outside of the package that reveal the type of products inside.
The package will display only the required shipping label and any courier sticker used by the delivery service.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders shipped to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand usually arrive within an estimated 12-24 days after shipment.
Delivery to other countries may take approximately 10-40 days. Local customs procedures and courier delays may occasionally affect the delivery time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and the relevant tracking link.
Please allow a few days for the courier system to display updated tracking information. If you have not received your tracking details within 8 days, contact us and include your order number.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
Some products may be shipped separately from different locations. As a result, the items in your order may arrive in more than one package and on different dates.
If you receive only part of your order, there is usually no reason to worry. The remaining items may already be on their way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We provide free shipping to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and more than 200 countries worldwide.
If we are unable to deliver your order to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and the correct shipping address. We will try to update the details before the order ships.
Once an order has entered the shipping process, we may no longer be able to change the address or stop the delivery.
I selected the wrong size, color, or product option. Can I change it?
Contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to correct the selected option before the order is processed.
We cannot guarantee that a change will still be possible after processing or shipment has started.
What information should I include when contacting support?
Include your order number, the email address used during checkout, and a clear explanation of the issue. This will help us assist you more quickly.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept supported credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers arranged in advance through our support team.
Can I pay by credit or debit card without a PayPal account?
You can pay directly by credit or debit card through the available card payment option during checkout.
In some cases, PayPal may also display an option to pay as a guest without logging in to a PayPal account. The availability of this option may vary.
How will the payment appear on my statement?
If you pay directly by credit card, the transaction will appear as MY CD SHOP.
If you pay through PayPal, the transaction will appear as LITTLE GIFTS ONLINE.
